Customer Design Rights

Customers have the right to use the designs they send to AZCUSTOMSHIRTS.COM. We do not verify ownership or copyrights of the artwork provided by customers. We assume that customers have all necessary rights, copyrights, or licenses for the artwork they submit. Our role is limited to printing the designs as instructed by the customers. In case of any legal issues regarding the artwork, we reserve the right to provide customer data to complaining companies claiming ownership of the artwork.

Return Policy

Thank you for considering AZ Custom Tees for your custom t-shirt needs. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service.

  • Refunds: We do not accept refunds for customized t-shirts. All sales of customized t-shirts are final.
  • Order cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to cancel your order if it has not yet entered the production process, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to cancel an order once it has started production.
  • Shipping: All orders are shipped via the carrier of our choice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Liability: AZ Custom Tees shall not be liable for any damages or injuries that may result from the use of our products.
